Returns on any other pieces are accepted within 14 days after receiving the item, items must be returned unworn and in original packaging.

If ordering personalised pieces please be aware that this item will be unique to you, therefore no returns or refunds are accepted, however I will work with you every step of the way to ensure you get the piece you are happy with.
